this is sid aka uncle thid. he is one of my very oldest friends. our parents met at the community pool, put uncle thid’s big sister and my big brother in preschool together, and introduced us when we were tiny babies. since then, we have attended preschool, K-8, and high school together. we lived together for 2 years in san francisco. he is like my family.

uncle thid arrives tomorrow morning to visit with the boys and me for the weekend. he wants to: eat fattening food, hang out with benny. phew. good thing we are all on the exact same joy-inducing page.
